PR Event Photography
PR or Public Relations Event Photography is documentary photography at corporate or association dinners, awards, meetings, music festivals trade shows, retreats, etc. Includes usage for one year in internal or external web publications, newsletters and magazines, and may be distributed to editorial magazines, trade publications, newspapers, wire services without charge to publications. Watermarked images may also be used on social media sites such as Facebook and Flickr.

Public relations event photography is priced based on an hourly creative fee plus use fee, post production and media costs, and delivery fees. Package rates are based on fees charged when paid (50% deposit at least ten days prior to book) within 30 days of end of engagement, otherwise a 10% admin fee applies. All packages include two DVD-roms, delivered via FedEx Overnight.
